Welcoming common areas attract friendly neighbors, visitors and lots of laughter. Elegant artwork and tasteful quality furnishings adorn the community. The Waters Restaurant and Café/Pub are each multi-sensory feasts all their own.
From location selection to hallway width to wall coverings to furniture placement, every detail at The Waters has been carefully planned with our residents and team members in mind. Architecture with intent
When we developed The Waters of Pewaukee, we started from a different mindset than the typical senior living community: We partnered with architects experienced in high-end hotel and luxury apartment design. Then we provided the research and real-life perspectives our architectural teams needed to create environments in which seniors thrive. Our commitment doesn’t end there: We always welcome and continually incorporate resident and team member feedback to enhance our living and working environments.
At The Waters of Pewaukee, we created Independent Living Cottages allowing residents to enjoy a carefree lifestyle with the opportunity to utilize the main community common space amenities, and our pickleball area and dog park—all within walking distance.

Our designers created inviting spaces for residents and their guests, cozy nooks for private moments, wellness spaces that invigorate and restaurants that are every bit as sumptuous as the cuisine they serve.
We carefully selected colors, fabrics, finishes and textures to create an authentic aesthetic that is both gracious and attractive, and reflective of our unique Pewaukee personality. We are proud to say we’re designed with you in mind.
