Tuition reimbursement

The Waters is excited to offer Tuition Reimbursement to team members aspiring to thrive™ in their job and to develop their career potential. Eligible team members may apply for reimbursement up to a maximum of $500 per calendar year to be spent on tuition and/or books. Eligibility includes part- and full-time employees who meet a minimum hour requirement.

Wallet program

Our Wallet program allows team members to get paid for hours they have already worked before their set pay date. This is one of the perks our employees appreciate most!

High-5 Referral Program

The Waters is always looking for the best candidates to join our growing team and we know that a great resource in the quest to find new talent is you! The High-5 Team Member Referral Program is designed to reward Waters team members who refer quality candidates for employment with The Waters. People often celebrate a victory by giving each other High-5’s and this is our High-5 to you! If the candidate(s) you refer for employment are hired by The Waters, you’ll be eligible to receive a bonus, subject to certain guidelines.
