The Waters on Mayowood celebrates summer with treats and a Beatles tribute

Residents at The Waters on Mayowood got a summer treat as Mrs. Patty’s Sweet Treats returned for its annual visit.
Mrs. Patty’s Sweet Treats made its fifth annual visit to the senior living facility as residents got free ice cream cones and live music.
“Residents love this that Miss Patty her ice cream treats are a big win again and Chester Proctor he can play a wide variety of music he does a lot of country he does rock and roll he does the oldies he does some folk tunes,” said Mary McCabe, the active life manager for specialty care at the Waters on Mayowood.
Other events planned for the week at the site include a Thursday concert that serves as a tribute to The Beatles.
