Architecture with intent
When we acquired The Waters of Eden Prairie, we started from a different mindset than the typical senior living community: We partnered with architects experienced in high-end hotel and luxury apartment design. Then we provided the research and real-life perspectives our architectural teams needed to create environments in which seniors thrive. Our commitment doesn’t end there: We always welcome and continually incorporate resident and team member feedback to enhance our living and working environments. it is that feedback that inspired our continued investment in this richly elegant community.
